I love the gentle slide from late summer into autumn. I haven’t always, but these last few years this time of transition reveals its own special beauty. Mushrooms are an underrated and gorgeous sign of the new season!
As blooms start to show themselves in spring, we go on spring hikes to see wildflowers; why not take yourself on a fall mushroom walk? These are a few of the mushrooms I’ve spotted on our slow hikes over the past month or so. Are any of them new to you?
