Someone had mac and cheese and jalapeño potato chips for lunch at work today. The combination smelled impossibly delicious. I craved mac and cheese with jalapeños for the rest of the day only to find that we were out of jalapeños at home. I was hoping salsa verde would tame the craving. A little creativity paid off. It’s officially my new favorite mac and cheese topping. What’s yours?
