I hope you get/got outside today! It's kind of amazing out there 💚 I received a little gift from the universe today when I stumbled on a beautiful new-to-me trail. Celebration Trail off of Huron Road is a delightful 2-ish miles along Baird Creek. I didn't see a single other human out there and it was wonderful!

Felt this hard today 🌳 The crisp, cool weather was calling my name and before I knew it I found myself wandering among the lovely trees at Baird Creek.
The fall colors haven't popped, and I don't know if they will this year, but that deep, earthy smell of autumn has arrived. Weather, trees, scent... none of these alone can make or break my hikes, but when experienced together, well. They add a little something extra to my slow hikes and I love it 💚🍁
