    • I made a bunch of changes to a recipe I found in a library book. Basically, season chicken breasts with salt, pepper and cumin, add 1 cup broth (I use veggie), 2 cans of black beans, 2 peeled and sliced (thick) sweet potatoes, fresh garlic to taste (1-2 teaspoons for us), 1 teaspoon paprika, and a jar of salsa. I tweak the ingredients according to what I have, but it’s goooood!
