For our Easter dinner we tried making those bunny rolls we saw pinned all over Pinterest. Basically, we used kitchen scissors to snip ears and a toothpick to make eyes. I’m not sure if it was because we let our rolls rise a little too long or because we made whole wheat rolls rather than white, but they turned out as really fat, sad rabbits. I decided to call them Pikachus. I froze the leftovers and have been putting them in P’s lunchbox all week in place of sandwich bread. You know what? He’s been eating them all. Make me wonder what else I could snip those rolls into.
