Embrace Winter: Christmas Lights

Embrace Winter: Ways to thrive not just survive this winterIn my family instead of fighting winter we try to embrace it. We get out there and make the most of the season. This year, all winter long I’ll share ideas for short winter field trips to make the snow and cold a little more fun. My hope is we’ll convert a few of you as you read about our winter outings.

How to thrive (not just sruvive) this winter: Christmas Lights
One of our favorite Green Bay Christmas-light stops is at the intersection of Dousman and Platten Street.

Christmas Lights

Get out to see your neighbors’ Christmas lights. Get bundled up and walk around your neighborhood. Or stay in your jammies and go for a drive with your sweetie or the whole family. Bring hot chocolate, a bag of popcorn and blankets. Make sure to crank the Christmas tunes!
